Located in Carlsbad, CA, John Dale Enterprises specializes in developing innovative, AI technology, automated dealership sales process management apps, advanced psychological word-tracks, and highly effective, proven procedures that deliver an immediate and permanent increase in sales.

In addition to having been a respected General Manager, Corporate Trainer and Speaker, John Dale founded, California Automotive Sales Institute (CASI) an auto sales training school that became the impetus for The San Diego County New Car Dealers Association Training Academy. In 2003 John launched a successful in-house promotions company, John Dale & Associates, servicing the Canadian Provinces. John is a graduate of Ohio Sate University with a degree in Education and a minor in Psychology.
